“XPost Converter” is a free web tool that fixes the errors you run into when posting videos to X (formerly Twitter) from a PC browser. It converts videos that don't meet the X free-plan requirements — including videos shot on a smartphone (MOV files, the H.265 codec, and more) — into an MP4 format optimized for posting to X (H.264 + AAC, within 512MB, up to 140 seconds), right inside your browser.
All conversion happens entirely inside your browser (on your device). Nothing is uploaded to a server or sent anywhere else. No installation and no sign-up are required, so anyone can use it with peace of mind.
